      <title>Natasha Kersch Speed Training*Rochester Lightning Elite 18U*</title>
      <link>http://www.softballshowcase.com/player/news/1066?post=3530</link>
<description>I wanted to share some exciting news with you. Since the beginning of November I have been working out 2 to 3 times a week at Proformance Sports Training in Amherst, NY. We do a lot of speed and agility work before our weight work-outs were we squat on Mondays, bench on Wednesdays, and do Cleans on Fridays. Each workout is about a 1 hour and 45 minutes long. Anyway I was getting my information compiled to put my NFCA Stop DWI Binghamton, NY camp registration sent in and I thought I could run faster in my home to first time. Last time I was timed was at the NFCA Pennsbury Camp and my time was 3.10. I have been working out so hard and felt I must be quicker so I asked my trainer and Proformance owner to time me. I ran home to first 4 times. My first time which I was so happy with was a 2.88! I also had a 2.95,2.97, and a 3.08. I thought this was great news and wanted to share it with you. I'm going to keep working hard and see if I can even get it lower. I am going to give you a link below to my training facility and feel free to contact John Opfer about my progress. http://www.proformancesportstraining.com/index.php

      <link>http://www.softballshowcase.com/player/news/1066?post=2390</link>
<description>I wanted to share with college coaches some of the community service I have done this past year. I helped in a clothes drive for FCCLA(Family,Career, &amp; Community Leaders of America); I took part in a food drive in Rochester, NY; I helped conduct a youth night for area kids at our local YMCA through Upward Bound; I was a volunteer asst coach for Warsaw Thunder 8 and Under softball team(I helped with practices and coached 1st base during games); while at spring training inFlorida this spring I helped put on a softball clinic for over 60 Orlando inner city kids
through the Salvation Army and Disney(this clinic was very emotional for me and my whole
team).
