Annie Dreher and Amy Moore hit back-to-back singles to lead off, and Shannon Fitzgerald singled to score Melissa Fundoro, who was running for Moore.
Foglesong followed with a single to score Dreher, and Shipman later drove in Foglesong with a single to give Valencia a 6-0 lead.
“They’re a good softball team,” said Agoura head coach Chase Redmond. “They play good defense, they hit the ball and the pitcher almost had a no-hitter.”

Sophomore Annie Dreher belted her first home run of the season in the top of the fifth to score the 14th run of the game.
"This team, they like being around each other and they work hard for each other and that's what it's about, teamwork," Lee said. "And enjoying each other's company and it's not always the same girl every time, it's different girls contributing."
