Softball: Buena's Roberg transfers to Oaks Christian
Junior Hanah Roberg has transferred from Buena to Oaks Christian.
Roberg is a pitcher, outfielder and first baseman.
Roberg was 12-4 with a 1.97 ERA and hit .316 last season, leading Buena to the Division IV semifinals.
Roberg gives the Lions a potent one-two punch in the circle, joining Coastal Carolina-recruit Kiana Quolas. |

Roberg named to first team all league for the second year in a row, also getting the offensive player of the year award.Roberg pitching record was 12-4. I had so much fun playing for Buena but I'm excited as well to start playing with my travel team. We will be going a lot of places this summer, I hope to see some old friends and get lots of exposure.

Buena High’s softball team showed no respect for top-seeded La Quinta in Tuesday’s CIF-Southern Section Division IV second-round game as the host Channel League champion Bulldogs prevailed 11-4.
Hanah Roberg had two hits, including one in a four-run first inning, as Buena quickly erased a 1-0 deficit.
Roberg also recorded a key strikeout in relief with the bases loaded in the sixth inning to slam the door shut on the Aztecs and get her third save of the year roberg 11-4 record 9-0 league.
