I had a great weekend at the Punishers Toys for Tots tournament in December. I went 6 for 10 hitting 3 triples in a row. I pitched and played shortstop. It was an amazing weekend. |

16U ASA Nationals
Highlights of the Week:
- During our practice game, I pitched a couple of innings I struck out 5 batters and never threw more than two balls to one batter
- First pool play game, first pitch of my first at bat, I hit a long home run over the left fielders head
- SoCal 16U Firecrackers beat OC Batbusters 4 to 1
- Firecrackers mercied the Missouri Originals
- Firecrackers took a 2-0 lead against Socal Athletics (although unfortunately we lost)
-16U SoCal Firecreackers take 9th place in Nationals |
16 U Colorado Fireworks Tournament
I had a great tournament, I had some key hits in the games such as; a double and a 2-run homerun. Our team wound up taking 5th overall in the tournament, facing some of the toughest teams on championship day (Sunday), including the Originals and the Arizona Hot Shots. |

Highlights of the weekend:
-Playing left field against Albuquerque Sol, there was a line drive hit inbetween our centerfielder and I jumped in the air and caught it, spun around and threw the ball to second, where a girl was running off, not thinking I was going to catch it. It was a key play because if the ball had gotten through the hole between our outfielders, then both runners on first and second might have scored, but instead it was a double play to end the inning.

16 U Champions Cup
Last weekend our team played in champions cup, where I was batting 6th most of the games and playing short stop. On Sunday, I had a great hitting day and just made good contact all the way around the field. |
