 | Lady Stro's finished 9th (tied) in the Colorado Sparkler tournament
Lady Stro's started off by winning all 4 of our pool games placing us in the 1st seed position. After that we won the first two bracket games by playing solid all around. Our next game was definately not one of our best and we ended up losing. Then we battled hard going into an ITB our next game. We ended up losing but it was a great game and we played well the entire week!

| Lady Stro's doing well in the Colorado Sparkler!
We started off very strong in the Colorado Sparkler tournament. We won all 4 of our pool games and took the first seed for our bracket. Thursday we won our first two games against some fierce competition!
Yesterday we came up against a team that just outplayed us. We battled but ended up with our first loss. This morning we are up bright and early and on our way to fight our way back up the bracket! It's going to be a great day of softball! |

HOUSTON — The Clear Creek Lady Wildcats ended their outstanding season in the Region III-5A finals Friday, dropping a 6-2 decision to the Pearland Lady Oilers at the University of Houston Cougar Softball Stadium.
Pearland (36-6-1) advances to the state tournament, while Creek (32-12) ends the season with a school record for wins. The Oilers swept the best-of-three series, winning both games, 6-2... |
| Clear Creek wins series! Going to Regional finals!
In a game that was delayed more than 90 minutes by inclement weather, the Clear Creek softball team advanced to the 5A-Region III finals with a 4-1 victory over host Katy on Saturday in the third game of a best-of-three regional semifinal series.
Creek will play Bellaire or Pearland in the regional finals next weekend. Bellaire and Pearland were to play the decisive Game 3 of their semifinal series Saturday night in Manvel.

MANVEL — Once again, the Clear Creek Lady Wildcats saved their best for last, this time courtesy of No. 9 hitter Jessica Hempfling.
