Ft. Worth Batbusters Gold center fielder Rachel Archer signs a National Letter of Intent to play softball at the University of Dayton. Dayton is a D1 school in the Atlantic 10 conference. Rachel will be joined by her fellow Flower Mound high school teammate Jordan Jennings who plays with Rapid Fire. We congratulate both girls who have left it all on the field and work just a hard off the field. |

Rachel Archer and the Ft. Worth Batbusters(Card) will be playing in the North Richland Hills Fall Classic 18 Gold tournament 9/25-9/27. Saturday is pool play that will go into single elimination bracket play on Sunday.

Batbuster (Card) wins Elite College Showcase on Sunday with a 6-4 win over the Texas Pirettes. Rachel Archer led the team hitting .571 with a >720 on base average. The Batbusters clinched their pool with a tie game vs Rapid Fire. The Batbusters never looked back on Sunday with four convincing wins. |

The Ft. Worth Batbusters (Card) will be playing in the Gold Qualifier in San Antonio, Texas July17-19. Our first game will be against the Houston RBI at 3:30pm at Koger Stokes Park located at 611 west Myrtle 78227. |
| Rachel Archer finishes Gold Qualifier with a .636 batting average
Rachel Archer and the Ft. Worth Batbusters (Card) make it to the final 12 in Oklahoma City gold qualifier before being knocked out by the Ralston Renegades 2-0. Rachel led the team with a .636 batting average and a .722 on base average. The Batbusters will be in San Antonio next weekend for the final shot to qualify for gold nationals. |

Rachel Archer and the Ft. Worth Batbusters lose a close thiller in a 2 hour 2 ITB game against the Hawaii Pearls. Rachel led her team this tournament with a .524 batting average and a .650 on base average. Next up for the Batbusters will be the Gold Qualifier in Oklahoma City next weekend. |

Rachel Archer and the Ft. Worth Batbusters(Card) kickoff the summer season in Allen texas this weekend at the Memorial Weekend Tournament.We play four games Saturday, all at Allen Station.At 8:00AM we will take on Elite Gold (Bell), 11:00AM Texas Fusion Gold, 2:00PM Texas Prospects Gold, and at 5:00PM we finish with Texas Glory(Shelton). Sunday we play Team Alliance at 8:00AM, Oklahoma Sensations at 12:30PM, and wrap it up at 6:30PM against Diamondbacks Gold.

The Ft. Worth Batbusters (Card) finish the seasons last two tournaments 7-3. They went 4-2 at Ronald McDonald and 3-2 at the Elite showcase in Plano,TX. Rachel Archer had 8 hits on 12 at bats in the Ronald McDonald tournament and had 8 hita on 11 at bats at the Elite tournament. Now it's time to get back into our conditioning program and get ready for our high school season. |

The Fort Worth Batbusters(Anderson) placed 3rd in the USSSA 18-U World Series. They were taken out by the Texas Travelers 2-1. The game came down to the 7th inning where the Batbusters had runners in scoring position, but could not get them in. The team played great softball all week. |

The Ft. Worth Batbusters (Anderson) advance in the winners bracket against the Originals 3-1. The game was a 0-0 defensive battle until the 6th inning when the visitor Originals got on the board with a single shot home run. In the 7th inning the Batbusters answered back as Megan Yglesias, Hanna, and Kylee Crosek all had single shots to load the bases. With bottom of the 7th, down 1-0, one out and two strikes, Rachel Archer hits a triple shot to the right center fence to win the game. The Batbusters played great defense from every position.
