I wanted to share some exciting news with you. Since the beginning of November I have been working out 2 to 3 times a week at Proformance Sports Training in Amherst, NY. We do a lot of speed and agility work before our weight work-outs were we squat on Mondays, bench on Wednesdays, and do Cleans on Fridays. Each workout is about a 1 hour and 45 minutes long. My college goal is to gain a education so that I can obtain a job in crime scene investigation. I am looking to major in Bio/Chem or Criminology/Forensics. A minor in Criminal Justice or science too. I am currently taking College Human Bio at my high school through Genesee Community College. | SPEED AND STRENGTH TRAINING
Starting on November 5th I am working out at Proformance Sports Training twice a week. Proformance Sports is located inside the Pepsi Center in Amherst, NY. Its a lot of hard work but it pays off. On Novemeber 2nd my travel team the Lightning Elite will be playing two 6 v 6 (no outfield) games at the fieldhouse on the campus of the University of Rochester. We will be playing at 3pm and 6pm vs WNY Elite and Amherst Lightning. |
| SPEED CLINIC
On October 25th I will be attending a speed clinic put on by Proformance Sports Training out of Amherst, NY. The clinic will be held at the Warsaw Elementary School Gym and I know there are spots still left. Two years ago I took a 8 week class with them and shaved 3 tenths off my time. Proformance Sports has worked with Pro, College, and Olympian athletes. |

The Rochester Lightning Elite 18U went 3-1-1 at the New Era College Showcase Tournament at the Pepsi Center in Williamsville, NY. Natasha Kersch had a batting average of .429(6-14), had 1 RBI, scored 2 runs, had 2 stolen bases, 1 sacrafice, was hit by a pitch, reached on a error,reached on a fielders choice, and struck out once. Natasha Kersch and the NY Nitro 16U played this weekend at the Monroe Community College Tournament in Rochester, NY. NY Nitro won the championship game 3-2. Natasha Kersch batted .470 with 2 doubles on the weekend. This season was very successful onefor the Nitro winning the MCC Tournament, winning the Can-Am Shootout Tournament, placed second at the Victor Classic Tournament, and they placed second in the Webster Travel League. On 7/26 and 27 Natasha Kersch and her travel team NY Nitro attended the Can-Am Shootout Tournament held in the Thousand Islands of NY. Saturday Nitro went 1-1 before being rained out. On Sunday NY Nitro won all four games to win the Championship. Natasha batted a average of .490, had 1 triple, 1 double, scored 6 runs, had 2 RBI's, stole two bases, and reached once on a fielders choice, once on a error, and walked once in 23 plate appearances. I played at the Webster NY Tourn this weekend and
Sundays games were canceled due to unplayable fields. At the
plate(by the way I am lead-off)I went 5 for 10, walked 1, reached on error, had a RBI,
and stole a base(it was a sick delayed steal!). In the field the first game I played

| PA Firecracker Tournament
On 7/4,5, and 6 I played in the Independance Day Firecracker Pony Qualifier Tournament in the surrounding area of Harrisburg, PA. I played left field one game, shortstop 3 games, 2nd base 3 games, and pitched a game(got the win). I only gave up one hit in my win on the mound. I had 12 put outs and nine assists in the field. I received Individual Game MVP Awards in two seperate games. My team NY Nitro advanced to the semis of the tourney. |

Warsaw wins Class C Semi game 5-0
Warsaw the 1 seed traveled to Letchworth Saturday 5/31 to play 4 seed Keshaqua. Warsaw won 5-0. Natasha Kersch went 2-3, scored a run, and executed a delay steal from 2nd to 3rd. Warsaw plays the winner of Bolivar Richburg/Naples on Tuesday 6/3. |
Warsaw Wins its 1st Sectional game
5/29 Lyndonville traveled to #1 Warsaw. Warsaw won by the mercy rule 17-2 in 5 innings. Tasha Kersch went 2 for 3 with a walk, a rbi, 3 runs, and a stolen base. |

I have been accepted to the Pennsbury NFCA Administered Recruitment Camp on June 12th in Yardley, PA and the NFCA Sponsored Stop DWI Recruitment Camp in Binghamton ,NY on July 10th. Pennsbury I will be doing the infield session and Binghamton I will be doing the infield and outfield sessions. Hope you can come watch and hopefully meet me at these two events. |
Disney 08 Spring Training
We played games against teams from CT, NY,MN, and MI. In the field I played second and got some pitching time as well. In the six games we played I led the team in at bats recording a .409 batting average. We went 2 and 2 in official games and 1 and 1 in nonofficial games.
The highlight of the trip was the clinic we put on for over 60 under privilaged kids in downtown Orlando, Florida through Disney and the Salvation Army. |

Catcher Workout Sessions
I am working for Jerad Conlon a catching coach on Monday nights in Buffalo. He trains some of the most elite catchers in that area.I am able to work on my receiving of throwdowns as well as my transfer from glove to throwing hand while providing a target for his students. |

Two Sport Athlete
Warsaw- Tenth grade softball standout, Natasha Kersch was named starting point guard for the 2007/2008 Junior Varsity Warsaw Basketball team. Kersch was also named team captain by Head Coach Al Fultz. This is Tasha's second year on the team. As a Freshman she was the starting two guard and received a end of season award from Coach Fultz. Natasha has played basketball since she was in the fourth grade. She says it keeps her in shape for the softball season. |

Avon-Natasha Kersch earned her third win of the season in the circle as the Warsaw softball team improved to 18-0 with a 18-5 win over host Avon in a Livingston Conference game Wednesday.

Warsaw- Natasha Kersch improved to 2-0 on the season to lead her Warsaw softball team to a 12-1 win over visiting Geneseo in Livingston Conference softball action Friday.

Freshman Tasha Kersch of the Warsaw Tigers Varsity Team was awarded for her hard work in 2007. Kersch was a member of the 2007 NYS Class C Section V Champion Team. The team went undefeated on the way to their sectional title. She was named to the 2007 NYS Class C Section V All Tournament Team. On November 11th at the field house on the University of Rochester Campus the Pittsford Cyclones played two games against Geneva. Cyclones Natasha Kersch from Warsaw went 4 for 6 at the plate with two doubles. Kersch also scored a run and stole two bases. Natasha played second and shortstop the first game and played second, pitched, and right field the second game. On the mound Kersch pitched two innings recording 2 strike outs. |
