Felton-Harrington Handles M.O.T.
Delaware Junior League, District I Felton-Harrington 14, M.O.T. 1: Brandi Davis tossed a one-hitter with nine strikeouts to power Felton in a District I play-in game. Sarah O'Toole and Shelby Smith each had two hits. Katrina Cera-Prowk had the lone hit for M.O.T.
School Lauds Spartan Athletes
First-year softball skipper Jay Poore thanked the administration for the opportunity to coach the team, since he was not a district employee. He then went on to praise the efforts and attitudes of the girls, giving his MIP award to Jessy Seznek and the MVP to shortstop Brandi Davis.
Harrington-Felton Taken By Tough Milford squad
Starting pitcher Brandi Davis shut Milford's squad down before giving way to Sarah O'Toole in the fifth inning. O'Toole cruised through two innings before Alison Wisseman and Emma Campbell sparked a seventh-inning rally with two singles and two runs, but they couldn't force a win, and Milford lost 4 — 3, setting up a title game on July 19 in Harrington.
Valentine Day Reflection Of Loved Ones (Part1)
My Mother and Father as well as my Brother. They sacrifice a lot of their time and money to carry me all over the country to play ball. My brother always supports me and pushes me to become a better person and athlete. My family gives up every weekend of the summer to take me to tournaments. There sacrifice shows true Love and I am so grateful for them. Happy Valentines Day Mom, Dad and Brad!!! --Brandi Davis SS (Delaware Magic White, Lake Forest--DE)
My Favorite Camps Player's Give There Opinions
First, the Salisbury University camp; Jason, the Graduate Assistant, was awesome— he was young and had the energy that helped me to get exited about playing. It was a fun camp. This was the year that they won the Div. III National Championship and the girls on the team were great to work with. Second, the Michelle Smith Gold Camp… it was a fun and exciting camp primarily due to the fact that Michelle Smith was the instructor and she was excited about teaching. Who wouldn't want to be coached...
