I took a month off and now im back in the gym and back in the batting cage...I'm starting out hitting 150 pitches every other day...50 inside 50 down the middle and 50 on the outside...So i'm setting a goal of 2000 swings a week by spring !!!!
We had a short tournament this weekend. I was 3 for 7 and had a game winning 3 run homer in the first game and hit a solo homerun in the second and almost hit two in our 3rd game .One was foul and the other was a line drive at the fence.
